IN the same user home folder you will find the 'Library' folder.
By default should end up in your "downloads" folder inside your user "home folder" (look for the little home icon). I am not completely done yet but should you find any texture package you like that is donwloadable as. The boave is a summirized version of waht I found at Textures: Once in click on your profile, in there you will find the option to upload new images for a new skin (i.e. png extension (image file) then log at with your account.
